
The US technology and consulting corporation, International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM) in its latest release said that McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD)'s South Africa division is now using its social business software.
IBM said that they signed up with McDonald's South Africa as a customer for its business-focused social-networking software to grip the junction of social, mobile and cloud facilitating its increase to new markets and facilitates its employees to team up more efficiently and successfully.
People's most favorite fast food company McDonald's is joint working with IBM and its Business Partner, Knowledge Dimension, to change the way of its nearly 200 restaurants and 8000 workforce to communicate and collaborate in South Africa.
McDonald's division in South Africa started in 1995, and this is among one of the most booming markets for the company.
