ZATZ is a very unusual book publisher. We put tremendous work into creating amazing books...and then we give them away for free, at least digitally.
Through a grant of rights from ZATZ Publishing to the nonprofit U.S. Strategic Perspective Institute, ZATZ is donating free digital copies of our books to anyone who wants a copy. Printed copies are available for purchase from Amazon and at better bookstores everywhere.
How To Save Jobs
Our most recent book, How To Save Jobs, has been so important to the national policy discussion here in America that it was excerpted on CNN -- weekly, for nine straight months -- as it was being written! How To Save Jobs starts by answering the question, "How did we get here?" The answer to that question provides a shocking and disturbing look into how changes worldwide have created enormous disruption in the very nature of jobs in America.
The second section consists of recommendations about what we need to do as a country to save jobs. It contains ideas, strategies, and innovative approaches for policy change that could make a real difference and help save and create jobs in America.
The third, final section is a series of hands-on tips and techniques, things real people and real companies can do right now to help keep and create jobs — without waiting for anyone in Washington to get it right.
Where Have All The Emails Gone?
In 2007, ZATZ Editor-in-Chief David Gewirtz wrote a series of articles by in OutlookPower and DominoPower investigating the loss of more than 5 million emails from the Executive Office of the President. At the core of the controversy was the question of email implementation at the White House, in particular questions of migration from IBM Lotus-based email to Microsoft-based email. With the unique perspective we had as the only publisher covering both platforms, we were able to make certain discoveries unavailable to other experts.
These investigative reports attracted national media attention. David soon found himself advising Washington investigators, policy-makers, and Homeland Security professionals.
With 12 articles published, and David rapidly becoming the nation's leading expert on the details of the White House email controversy, we decided to consolidate David's research and analysis in the form of a book, Where Have All the Emails Gone?
According to the Intelligence Daily, Where Have All The Emails Gone is “The definitive account about the circumstances that led to the loss of administration emails."
